i'm a festival. i'm a parade.
Holy fucking hectic last few days, Batman. (And I guess by few days I actually mean the last two and then a lot of the week before, 'cause the weekend was quite lovely and unstressful and involved such lovely things as bottling six gallons of hard cider (with taste testing of course) and reading lots of J2 fic). But, yeah, the last two days have been insane. When I grow up I want to have clients that aren't CRAZY. Sadly, I kind of have a feeling that is never going to happen, though.
BUT I am done with all that now. In a few hours I pick two friends up at the airport and then tomorrow it's off to camp for the next week and a half. Hoozah! (In other words, after tonight I will not be around until sometime after Friday the 13th. *spooky fingers*)
I do, however, really wish I had some X-Flies to watch while I'm waiting to go to the airport. Have I mentioned how much I love the X-Files? Still A LOT. I'm still doing the whole rewatching from the beginning thing (it's been a long process and I got distracted in the middle) and previous to this I was for some reason under the impression that seasons 6 and 7 were not that great. I mean there is a fair amount of the heavy heavy conspiracy stuff which is not my favorite part of the show but pretty much every episode in between is filled with fucking excellent Mulder and Scully dialog and flirting. I am re-falling in love with it all all over again. Oh, the way Mulder looks at Scully. *sigh*
Okay, bath or packing next. I think bath is gonna win out first.
