Considering how little other fic I'm writing lately the prospect of me writing Torchwood fic seems rather unlikely, but I sure do want to read it now. :)

This community is generally quite excellent.

giddygeek, kaneko, and wildestranger are good places to start in terms of authors. Their stories tend to be Jack/Ianto, though as I love J/I, most of what I'll recommend is, er. Jack/Ianto.
