(no subject)
I bombed my Reactor Design test. The test came out of left field because it had nothing to do with any examples, class notes, or homework problems we have done. Oh well, I am not the only one. Apparently most of the class bombed it too. We'll see what happens.
On the other hand, I totally kicked ass on my Biological Engineering test. I probably got around the 2nd highest grade in the class. I know Cal got around a 97 and he is the only one I know who beat my 94. Yeah, that's right a 94!!!!!!! I felt like I pwned (as Cal would say) that test but then again I wasn't so sure since other people said they struggled. And Prof. DiBiasio said a few people got A's andthe majority of the class was in the 75 range. Usually that means I would have gotten a 75-80. But no, I got a 94! I didn't even study for the test. I felt comfortable already and didn't want to stress myself or confuse myself by trying to study more cuz it wasn't gonna help. People would ask me questions for help with the material and by helping them it confirmed my knowledge of the material. Looking back at where I lost 6 points, I realize now that I made stupid mistakes and I should have gotten that 1 point. I may or may not have figured out that part where I lost 5 points because at the time I was up against the clock.
So today I feel kinda weird with mixed feelings. I am totally pissed and depressed that I bombed the reactor test but I couldn't be happier with my 94 on my biological eng. test.
