updaaaaate
Went to LA this past weekend! Had lotsa fun with friends 8)
I took my DS with me, and I found out that the SDHC memory card DOES in fact fit well in the Acekard 2i cartridge, but I had to visit Ellen in order for this to happen for some reason. DON'T ASK, CUZ I DUNNO. Anyway, I managed to get Colors! to work on it, but I couldn't get ComicBookDS or DSReader to work... and I decided to pay for a membership from unlimiteddsdownload.com so I could get games through there, but found to my disappointment that it just links to isohunt.com's search engine..... i dunno if they somehow filter the search results to the most reliable torrent files, but whatever, I still felt gypped. 8/ I downloaded a few torrents, but I guess they just didn't have enough seeds at the time or something, cuz it just wasn't downloading anything. BUT! I tried it tonight after I got off work, and it looks like they download better on my comp for some reason, and most importantly, the games work! AND I managed to get ComicBookDS to work, as well, but it turns out the DSi 1.4 firmware update prevents DSReader from working...... which makes me sad. 8((( But I might be able to find a decent alternative. I'll work on that tomorrow.
I bought a copy of Chrono Trigger from Fry's, it came with a poster! 8D I started a new game, mannnn the nostalgia! I also got cute lil things from Little Tokyo and some dollfie things from Torrance... and we watched an awesome movie called Brainstorm that I thought was FUCKING AWESOME~! 8DDDD And of course we ate out at tasty restaurants, NOM JAPANESE FOODS! X3 But I think I had the most fun when Ellen used me as her test dummy for special effects makeup.
