So yeah, today was my first day at uni and it went surprisingly well! Not that I was instantly a friend magnet or anything, in fact I'm sure from all the squinting I looked like I was in a really bad mood (sun was too bright so that when i got in doors I was partially blind, hence the squintign). Okay so I didn't make a single new friend, but it doesn't matter because I'm not interested in getting more friends or encouraging a social life. Besides there were others like me so it doesn't matter. I only had one lecture - biostatistics - the lecturer kept stumbling over his words but he was nice enough. The content right now is just the same stuff as year 10 maths and the subject has a high passing rate so I'm not too worried. In fact I feel sort of excited and happy. This year I'll really throw myself into studying!
I have a lot of breaks and late starts so if anyone's is in the city and wants to meet up text me. Here's my availability;
Monday - break from 9-11, finish at 1
Tuesday - break 12-3, finish at 4
wednesday - no classes
thursday - start 11, break 12-1, finish at 4
friday - start 11, break, 1-3, finish at 4
However I don't know what days I work yet...
