(no subject)
I seem to be stabbing myself alot these days. All accidental I assure you, though university is starting to bring my stress levels up again I'm not to the stage where I'd do self harm. No.
I gave myself paper cuts flipping through my astrology textbook, what makes it worse is that they're conveniantly in the area between my thumb and index finger. Most annoying when I'm holding things.
I have another cut, thanks to a stupid broom with a little steel poking out at an angle, ensuring that whoever holds it would find metal go through the skin and drag down to make a shallow but annoying gash. Thank you McDonalds I'll never forget all the harm I've come to thanks to you.
My latest cut happened to be today on the most trivial of things. My lunch cut me! Prawns are evil, with tails that tear through paper and pierce skin when you least expect it.
Onto other news;
- I got another email from Myer. I passed the group interviews!!! Now they're looking at my resume so it'll take some time.
- I found out today that one of the guys that hang out in my group went to Eastlakes primary school too! (To Mariel - do you remember a boy called Ameer? He was bangladeshi, read alot, had a big head, and dressed as the white power ranger on one of the book parades?) So the whole morning we spent time reminiscing about the good old days, and drawing maps showing where we lived, in relation to the Big park.
- My mid-sem break is from the 27th sept. to the 5th of oct. so if there's any friday night dinners I'll be available!
