I have a problem with people comming into one community, and applying, but in their application, they're promoting another community. It's like.."what's the point of applying then?" It seems like you don't want to apply, you just want to have people come to that other community yer applying for.

i was just in that other community for a long time and never promoted it. so as i was applying to another one i was promoting my other one. you know what i mean?
i would have applyed to it either way. i was just promoting in the meantime<3
(if i wanted to just promote it, i could have went to alot of people's lj's and did that. i wouldnt have spent the time on an application and psting the pictures if i didnt actually want to be in that community)
