On the ninth day of Christmas...
Everyone has gone mad! I mean really, they should learn how to drive... It's crazy out there. I had to go to the mall to get two last things (the most important things, of course), and it's like people forgot they have turn signals...! Ugh. I have to get one more thing, but I can get it at the Starbucks a mile away from my house... ;).
You know, I really should do some research on my project. Or not. I should call Halbert, too. Well, not right this second (cause it's like 11 @ night...)- his parents would hate me if I did that. Plus, I don't even know if he's home this week or next week; he doesn't tell me anything. I guess that really shouldn't surprise me... but it does, somehow...
I might change my project from an exhibit to a paper. That way, it's less work, less $$$, and less time spent worrying about Halbert and whether he's done anything or not. I think I'll have problems staying in (or getting to) the word limit on the paper. I figured out that if the paper's on something I'm interested in, the minimum is harder to get to than if the paper's about something I hate... then the maximum's not enough (b/c I don't know what to include or not...). Decisions, decisions. I should just hurry up and make one, though, before it's too late. I should just give in and call Sawatzki already. The drama! And I have no life... lol.
I want to go back to school next week. Even though I'm not too fond of Bethel, I'm finding that I have too much time on my hands during a two-week break. I'm getting bored. But like I said, I should do some research on my project. Or not. I said that, too. Or, I could watch the Matrix over and over and over. That sounds like fun, actually... Ooh, maybe they have some good commentaries. I should check it out. The ultimate geek movie. Totally.
Ok, I've listened to my Linkin Park cds about 4 times each today. I need to listen to something else, before I break the cds in half. lol. Right, like *that* could ever happen... Some call me obsessed; I prefer rediculously devoted. But, that's just me... I need my weekly dose of CSI, too. It's only Tuesday. Oh yeah, I tried to watch Jeopardy tonight, and it just wasn't the same without Ken Jennings. Every time a guy would answer a question (oh yeah- there weren't any women on tonight's show... how wrong!) and get it wrong (it was a regular pattern, almost), I'd blankly look at the tv and say in a let-down voice, "You're not Ken..." It was almost sad. And the guy that *was* the two-day champion lost to some other dude who, I thought, looked a little like a Hobbit...
I want ice cream... I wonder if we have any. I'm gonna go look in a minute. I'm kinda thirsty, too... I could probably use some water. Wow. I just realized how awesomely bad MTV is and why I watch VH1 instead... I can't even believe they invented this channel... I'm sure it actually had music on it at one point. Or not. I don't know...
