From the girl who 4 years ago couldn't hold down any job.
As many of you may know, about 2 years ago my job gave me the title of "office manager" to make life easier on themselves. I got no raise and the only change in my job was more damned work to do.
However, I have to leave my home for 3 days to go to some ridiculous 7 module set of live training to learn to be a better manager. MANAGER OF FUCKING WHAT? i manage myself and that is really about it. Plus all of these things are about them telling you what an asset you are to the company and how they "just couldn't do it without you!" I am so important ... really ... then why don't you take the money that you spend on schmoosing and loving your selves and give me a fucking raise.
oh well... time to go pack... thank god Dave was willing to keep me company until i have to leave.
