Business and Pleasure
Been working for three weeks now. Starting my forth week tomorrow (today) in just a few hours. I've got three different uniforms and I've gotten to work in a bar Norwegian Aquevit Bar), at a baguettes-shop (Upper Crust) and a cafeteria/restaurant (Picnic), all owned by the same man at the airport. Hopefully I will get a job there after my temporary stint is over. It's been fun anyway, even though it's 8 hours a day, five days a week. But us workers do have access to a massage-chair, which I use quite frequently.
I acted a girl this month and bought three pairs of pretty shoes! It's actually my first ever pair of high heeled party shoes. I feel so girly now. Currently breaking them in.
My girliness balanced my geekiness, I'd like to think. I got season 1 and 2 of Life on Mars and Children of Earth on Blue-Ray this month. I also found two magazines in a kiosk featuring Doctor Who, both were SFX. It really is an event when something Doctor Who-related can be found here in Norway. I also pre-ordered JB's latest album, can't wait!
