Im have been having some serious back spasms lately. They started when I came back home for Christmas break. When they happen it is almost debilitation and leaves me practically immobile. Its really really painful, and I have to say something to someone before I go insane. Well, who am I kidding, I gotta tell Crystal how I feel, end of story. If I don't im gonna kick myself for the rest of my life.
