Doop Doop Doop, I love Christmas.
Friday night I picked up Ellie, Emma, Katie and Alexandra and we all ate at Mi Margarita. Not as good as Jalepeno's, I must say. They're service nor their food can be beat. Mi Margs was still alot of fun though. It was so packed and we laughed so hard and ate so much that we made ourselves sick. So then we dropped Kate off so she could hang with her sister/fam. who are home and we went to Osco's and Walgreen's to pick up a bunch of candy. After that, we had some time to kill so we went to Alexandra's and hung out with Annie and Mario. Mario's too cute... he kept playing with this car that could jump and it kept jumping at me. Alexandra's mom showed us Mario's santa letter in the paper and that's when the fun really began. Ellie started reading santa letters aloud... it's amazing that the paper printed some of them. My favorite was:
"Dear Santa,
I like cutting with scissors. Can I have scissors? Can I have a dolly with long hair? Fried chicken will be on the table for you."
hahahahahaha. here are some that were also funny... but also very sad.
"Dear Santa,
Can I have a Playstation 360? I wish my parents had some money."
And last, but so far from least....
"Dear Santa,
Can I have a princess for Christmas? Thank you for giving my daddy back."
Priceless. Well, after leaving the Cote residence we headed to GKC for The Family Stone. It was cute... but not the best. The story line was a little too streched for my romantic comedy liking.
Well the next day my mother and I headed to Fox Valley to pick up some presents. Lovely, lovely. Later Nathan came over and we saw King Kong. It was wonderful. I'm always a fan of the all out "Adventure/Scary/Funny/Romantic" films... ie Pirates of the Carribean. Later Nathan and I fell asleep on the couch (as is usually the case) and he left around 3:30. Today I worked on my paper and did some "bumming" with my mom. Now I must study for Pre Calc.. which I anticipate will be my hardest final. I just can't wait for this shit to be over so I can be on break already.
I'm 18 in about two weeks!
