Homecomming was awesome.
More so the dinner and the party at Ebener's afterwards than the actual dance.
Nathan was a great date.
This week was short and sweet- no monday, 1/2 days on tuesday and wednesday, and then thursday and friday. We kicked Midland and Roanoke Benson's asses to make our way to the Tri-County Conference Championship, which is tonight at 7. I applied to a job at some dumb shoe store but Lauren Peradotti works there (which is a plus) and she says you do nothing (which is also a plus).
Tuesday after school me, Ellie and Anne defeated Emma. It's true, we beat the shit out of her and she surrendured. Oh, it's not what you think, it's all for love... and pride. Wednesday Ellie and I ate at Steak and Shake, talked about things and then I had a game that night.
Thursday I studied my ass off for my precalc test and I think I did pretty good. Last night I visited Ellie at Grinder's (she made me the best chocolate and caramel blended java grinder ever, however I felt a bit like a tool treking back through the mall in my heels, iced coffee in tow). I came back a little later and met up with Ellie, then Brielle and Mark in the movie theaters. We saw Elizabethtown. One of the best movies I've seen in a long time. I left the theaters feeling fulfiled and happy and excited... and that's what an amazing romantic comedy should make you feel, you know? Loved it.
After the movie me and Ellie went back to her house and hung out, talked to Nathan (he's in Wisconsin with Luke and Clayton, visiting Jake) and then Anne and Emma came over. We had a nice unlimited talk that involved our periods and Ellie reading a Nora Roberts novel aloud. Classy.
Soon we were visited by Brielle, Mark and Caitlin. We chilled, avoided Sammy, ate some popcorn, made some sex jokes (it's impossible not to when Brielle's there). It was a nice little evening. Then Mark and Brielle left... followed soon by Caitlin and Anne. Ellie, Emma and I headed out to Sitterly's where I witnessed a game of beyrou (sp?) for the second time in my life. A few people were there like Justeen K, Lyric G, Al Bertrand and of course Thomas and John. I left before Ellie and Emma, came home, read a little and fell asleep fast.
Last night Caitlin told me Cassie Jaegle read that journal entry about me calling her a cancerous mole. I feel so bad. I really do, I regret it because she's a nice girl.. she really is. She's a very good volleyball player too. She just had a really poor additude a while back but it's all good. I ain't gunna hold it against her. haha. This information also kind of creeped me out because it had me wondering how many people read my journal that I don't know of. I guess this means I should probably be more careful with what I say.
