1-The church works hard for the most part to remain politically neutral. Why? Because it spans borders, in fact more members live outside the US than within. So by the logic of the commenter 'good' church members outside the country must also bow down before the camp of George W?
2-I get so tired of people thowing around the word apostacy. It has a very specific meaning in the church in order to fit the criteria of an apostate one must
1-be speaking against the leaders and doctrines OF THE CHURCH (which unless I missed an ordination is so not possible here) and then be warned about it BY AN APPROPRIATE CHURCH LEADER which unless Jessica is a closet transvestite bishop in the original posters ward I don't see as a possibility and then AFTER the warning continue to teach/preach to others what you had been warned about. So unless all of the above conditions are true, it doesn't work.
3-Doesn't care about torture? Seriously? I guess the whole love thy neighbor and being thy brother's keeper and being honest and true and even following the words of our own founding documents (Declaration, Constitution etc) don't come into play eh?
