It's indeed good that Uchi is so very different from Jin. For Kame, that's what he would need in a new realtionship. The problem in that actually just really is, that Kazuya doesn't need a new realtionship, at all. he's not ready for that, I think and he'll probably never be.
I'm not quite sure Kazuya knows how exactly Jin feels right now. he's afraid of what Jin could probably want. Kazuya is close to a veeeery important realisation and when it hits him, he'll make sure to make Jin see the same. But right now, he desn't really know what he wants himself and how to handle Jin, so... he rather didn't contact Jin.
Jin's not as fast as kame, as always ;) But he'll understand and he's actually really simple minded, as Kazuya said once before. And thus, his answer to what Kazuya asked him at the end of this, will be a lot more simple than anyone would expect.
Being happy is the right key phrase already :) But how to be happy and how to get there and how much happiness is enough... that's what they have to figure first!
