Okay, in celebration of having 100 people actually adding this journal, I thought I put up these drabbles I wrote over the last weeks. I am sorry I am behind with Open Door, but exams are so close now and whenever I get around to write something it's drabbles~

However....

Thanks so very, very much!!!!

... to everyone who added this journal to watch my updates. And of course to thos who are always reading :)

On to the drabbles ♥

A/N: Six different drabbles, and actually one is my first attempt on Arashi. No pairing for them, though XD Other than that, the usual ones ;)
Disclaimer: Nothing's mine; I don't make any profit with this.

1.
Title: Moon
Pairing: Maruda, if you squint
Rating: G

Everyone in Kat-tun was doing more and more solo activities lately.

It wasn’t as it had been just a few years ago, when they did everything together. At some point there had just been a break to it from then on, they hadn’t been doing lots of things together anymore. Only the usual TV programs.

Ueda sighed at the thought and looked up from his window to the moon.

A few days ago, he had talked to Nakamaru about it, about his worries and fears because of the band probably breaking apart. But after he had told Nakamaru, Ueda hadn’t worried too much about it anymore.

Nakamaru had smiled at him and taken his hand gently, calming Ueda down.

“You know, that’s not a bad thing. We’re all growing”, the older one had said. “And even if we don’t meet, we still know the other ones are there.”

It was like with the moon, Ueda thought now, staring to the dark night sky.

Not always visible, but always there.

2.
Title: Pride
Pairing: Ryokura (and RyoPi Friendship)
Rating: PG

Just because he wasn’t the type to talk much, that didn’t mean he had to keep silent at that situation, too.

Ryo growled, as he sat down on the couch in NEWS’ dressing room, staring at a point on the floor.

Yamashita looked over to Kato, who just shrugged a shoulder. “Ryo-chan, what’s wrong?”

“Nothing.”

Kato sensed trouble ahead, so he quickly got his things and left.

“You’re sure? You look really pissed.” Yamashita kept as calm as always, as he sat next to Ryo.

“You know, these Osaka jerks keep pissing me off”, the raven-haired said and sunk into the cushions, a pout on his lips.

Yamashita lifted a bow. “Do they?”

“They always get me into trouble, they are loud and messy… You guys are much easier to stand.”

“You still love them more.”

Ryo kept quiet about that. It was true, after all.

“So, what happened”, Yamashita wanted to know.

“I told you how I felt about Okura”, Ryo mumbled, not looking at his friend.

“Did you tell him?”

“I did and he just stared at me and then went away.”

“And now you don’t talk to him anymore and instead avoid him”, Yamashita concluded.

“He can’t just---“

“---break your pride like that, yeah.”

Ryo shot Yamashita a glare, but before he could say anything, the door flew open and revealed a slightly exhausted looking Okura.

Gaping, Ryo blinked at him, as if he was an illusion, then he rose to sit straight.

They didn’t say anything, but then Okura bowed slightly.

“Sorry, Yamashita-kun. Can I borrow him?”

“Sure, go ahead.”

Okura stepped in and took Ryo’s hand, pulling him up and with him out of the door.

Yamashita smiled, when he heard Ryo complain from the doorway.

“Hey, you people can’t just talk about me like I was a thing when I am around!”

3.
Title: Tea
Pairing: Yasuba
Rating: G

“How about a tea?”

Subaru looked up from his tab sheet and blinked at Yasuda, who held out a cup for him. With a polite nod he accepted it.

Yasuda sat next to him with a smile and nipped from his own cup.

In silence, they remained like that; Yasuda staring at no particular point in the room and Subaru practicing on his guitar.

“It’s Red Tea, actually”, the younger one said then, after a while.

Subaru looked up and frowned.

“I bought it some time ago”, he continued. “It’s rather expensive, you wouldn’t believe it.”

Subaru took a sip from his cup. The tea had already cooled down, but it was still warm. “Is it worth it?”

Yasuda shrugged a shoulder. “I think so.”

“You think so? You need to know, otherwise it’s wasting money.”

Laughing, the smaller one emptied his cup in one go and got up, clapping his hands as if in zest for action.

“I didn’t buy it because of the taste”, he answered then and grinned happily at Subaru.

“I bought it because of the colour.”

4.
Title: Storm
Pairing: None; Arashi-Gen
Rating: G

There were two men sitting at the table in the corner of the small café.

One of them had black hair and a smooth face, rather delicate in its expressions. In his hands he held a pack of cards, flipping them and mixing them without actually doing it consciously.

The one across from him was brunette and shining in his aura. His smile was huge, as he laughed and leaned in, saying loudly: “Tell me how you did that; I want to know, too!”

“Never!”

The door opened and another man came in. He wore just a thin jacket, a layer of snow was coating his head.

The brunette stood and waved him over. “We’re here!”

Spotting him, he smiled and slowly went to their table, sitting down to the black-haired. The waitress came to take his order and took her leave with a polite bow.

“What takes you guys so long? You always leave me alone with this brat for so long.”

The one, who had just arrived, gave him an apologizing smile. “I’d fallen asleep in the train and missed my station, so I had to take the next train back.”

The brunette laughed loudly, drawing other people’s attention to them, when the door opened again and man with stylish glasses and a low brimmed hat came in.

He wore a coat and opened it, shaking his head to drop of the snow.

More than just one woman was staring at him in that moment.

He walked over and stopped at the bar, leaning in to order from the waitress. Then he sat next to the brunette.

“Sorry”, he said. “I didn’t mean to be late.”

“Oh, it’s okay”, the one next to him reassured. “We haven’t been here for long.”

“The weather is a mess; it’ll take forever to clean off my car when all this snowing is over.” He frowned, as his mobile started ringing in his pocket and pulled it out, clicking his tongue, as he saw the caller’s ID. “Where are you”, he answered it, then paused. “What? No, we’re in a corner, but it’s not that big you wouldn’t see us here.”

The two across from him turned around to look through the room for their missing friend, and the brunette stood to look out, as well.

“No, idiot!” The one who had arrived last sighed deeply. “We’re in the other café; the one up the street.”

As he hung up again, they all laughed, and the waitress came to bring the two ordered coffees.

When the door finally opened, it let in snow from the cold snow storm outside. A slim man in an expensive looking suit came in and patted snow from his head and cleaning off his shoes correctly, before he stepped inside the café.

He greeted the waitress politely and made his way to his friends.

“You’re way too late”, the one with the cards said. “You better have a good excuse.”

“Work?” The newly arrived one sat at the head of the table, settling down. “And there’s a hell of a snow storm outside and then I’ve been to the wrong café, so I couldn’t help being late.”

The others exchange quick looks, before they all looked at him again and answered in sync:

“Not approved.”

5.
Title: Animal
Pairing: Tegomass
Rating: G

There was a difference between pets and animals.

He actually liked all pets- be it dogs, cats, cute little birds or any other ones. Pets were totally okay.

But animals; that was a difference.

Tegoshi looked at the insect in front of him and frowned deeply. This was not a cute pet, no, it was an ugly animal.

He knew, biologically that wasn’t the correct term, but for him, everything you couldn’t hold in your house and care of and feet and love and have it sleeping in your bed without being afraid, it was going to kill you, was an animal.

Something, that didn’t belong into a house.

He tilted his head to look at Masuda and frowned even deeper.

“You know, Massu, that’s a difference”, he said slowly.

“No, they are both animals, and they don’t belong into a human’s bed.”

Tegoshi sighed and took a step away from the insect he didn’t even know of what exactly it was. Instead, he held Teeny a tiny bit closer to his chest, nuzzling her.

“No, Teeny’s a pet, Massu.”

“It’s an animal.”

“Don’t say ‘it’, when she’s in the room!”

Masuda laughed. “As if that animal understood me.”

“She does understand you very well. And you are offending her… me… us.” Tegoshi placed a kiss to her head.

“Uh, Yuya, that’s gross.”

“She’s not like that… that animal, Massu”, the younger one said again. “She’s a pet.”

“Whatever, I don’t ever want to wake up again, seeing her face first instead of yours.” Masuda eyed her suspiciously.

“I am sorry for that”, Tegoshi said clueless. “She couldn’t know she’s not allowed to come into my bed when you’re sleeping over, could she?”

Masuda shrugged a shoulder, and made his way to the steps to leave the room. “In any case, if you think she can hear and understand us talking, then she won’t have problems understanding that bit, will she?”

Tegoshi sighed, but let Masuda go. He put another kiss to Teeny’s head as she looked at him with her puppy like eyes. “I’m sorry my lover’s so mean to you, love.”

She didn’t show any reaction to that and Tegoshi sighed.

“Oh, and Yuya”, Masuda shouted from downstairs and Tegoshi tilted his head to listen to him. “Wash your mouth. You kissed that animal.”

Title: Holding Hands
Pairing: Akame
Rating: PG

Sometimes, they had time to go for a drive together.

Jin liked long drives along the coast or just over some empty roads leading to nowhere. As long as he got out of the city and could drive into that open wideness in front of him, it felt like breaking out and made him feel relaxed.

That day, it felt like it had been ages, since Kazuya last had accompanied him to one of those.

However, they were sitting together at one of the empty beaches then. In January, no one else would come there. It was cold and the sea rough.

But Jin liked it; especially when it was dark already, as it was at that evening. The moon was shining full and bright from a dark sky with a million of stars making the water sparkle.

They sat at one of the rocks, watching the sea and not talking much.

When they found time to meet after work, they would cuddle up at the couch, usually, watching TV and falling asleep like that. Like a normal couple.

But there, they had a distance between them, not touching at all; other than holding hands.

They fingers were laced together at the rock and the grip was loose, but yet, it was enough for both of them; close enough for both of them.

Jin threw Kazuya a short glance. “Are you cold?”

Kazuya shook his head slightly. “I’m okay.”

“It’s been a while we got out together.”

“It’s relaxing every once in a while.”

“I could have treated you to dinner, instead”, Jin said with a smile.

Shaking his head again, Kazuya looked at him briefly.

Jin watched out to the sea again; saw the moon reflecting on its swaying surface.

It was simple and yet beautiful.

He squeezed Kazuya’s hand and smiled, as the younger one simply returned it
