Finally Getting My Act Together
So, I have my fabric for Resident Evil 2 Claire in the washing machine right now! Over the next week I can finally start working on it. I better wipe all the dust off of my sewing machine and make sure everything is in working order. :) The fabric I got for her outfit is a pink denimish fabric. It looked perfect in the store, but when I brought it home and took it out of the bag, it looked sort of...too much of a hot pink color. Ah well. I will work with it anyway.
So far I have three costumes in the works for DragonCon. I have Claire from Resident Evil 2, Nightfall from Elfquest and I will finally be finishing my Lara Croft costume to wear as a laid back monday costume. I have a job interview monday too, it's a really good job, but if I get it, I might not even be able to go to Dragon*Con. I'll be pretty sad. Especially since I finally got off my ass and started working on these.
Alright well I am off to check my fabric! I hope it turns out ok. Hmmmm....
