Health Warning! - Do NOT eat any kind of coral reef predatory fish for now. There has been a recent rash of neurotoxin poisoning going on. Things like Barracuda and Grouper have been the identified source. The symptoms are typical of food poisoning but also include confusion of hot and hold, pain, feeling of teeth falling out, vertigo, and loss of coordination. It can take years for the poison to leave the system. Death is uncommon but not unheard of. 72 hours is the optimal time for treatment.
