Stupid music video
Next time, I am most definitely making sure that somebody else gets stuck with editing the stupid music video. I have literally no idea what I'm doing and yet I somehow managed to come up with a rough draft yesterday that is probably still too narrative for my partners' tastes. Not that I'll know until Monday when they both come back from their wonderful weekend parties.
AND LIP-SYNCING! MY ACHILLES' HEEL!
In short, I hate the music video and want to burn it up.
In other news:
I was a very bad Canadian last night and skipped the hockey game to watch Caprica.
I'm really impressed by this new sci-fi series. Not only is it visually stunning, but the storyline is just fantastic. I'm really hoping that Syfy will renew it as this is one of those rare series that just gets better and better with each episode. Of course, it will probably get cancelled as that seems to be the fate of shows that are slow to start and then just start hitting you over the head repeatedly with their awesome (Firefly, Dollhouse, Wonderfalls, Dark Angel, Arrested Development, Farscape, Life, Angel, Pushing Daisies, etc.). But I hope not.
Especially not when we get episodes like last night where Daniel Graystone orders Zoe the Cylon to rip her arm off; and Tamara Adama starts kicking ass and taking names in V-City, while her gamer boyfriend begs her father to wake her up, not realizing Tamara's dead.
