Burn Notice 2x6: Bad Blood
My dad has informed me that if I continue to squeal everytime Daniel Jackson shows up on screen during this season, I will not be allowed to watch anymore.
Here, how this episode played out:
- Michael looks around for the new babysitter/partner that he received after pissing off/amusing Carla by breaking into her headquarters.
- Carla is very annoying and most likely going to meet a grisly end soon, or at least by the end of the season. We hope.
- Michael comments in his inner monologue about how awesome it is that his new partner/babysitter has a weird sense of humour. Michael is not amused.
- And Victor, who is really Daniel Jackson who has gone off the deep end after having his brain fried a bit too many times, introduces himself by offering to play a chess game with Michael, saying "You look like you could use a partner."
- There is much squealing as I inform dad that the new bad guy is Daniel Jackson from Stargate SG1. Dad who is a Sci-Fi hater states that at least the actor has moved on to better things. May or may not have stolen dad's ice cream for revenge.
- Victor presents Michael with a new phone. It is pink with a big jeweled heart on the back.
- Michael does not approve of the phone and tries to give it back. This results in a standoff where Michael holds a chess piece to Victor's wrist and Victor shoves a gun into Michael's gut. ALL WITHOUT ANYONE NOTICING. If that doesn't make you want to be a spy, I don't know what will.
- End result: Michael takes the phone.
- FAST FORWARD
- Michael receives a call from Victor on his new phone. Fiona doesn't look impressed with the heart.
- Michael shows up at the meeting place which turns out to be the beach where Victor is sun bathing.
- There is a slight squeal followed by "Daniel! <3"
- Victor proceeds to treat Michael like he's five and draws pictures in the sand.
- As Michael proceeds to walk away, Victor reveals that Michael's new phone has GPS, which really, Michael, you should have guessed.
- Michael goes to remove the GPS in the back of his awesome new phone.
- And he discovers a message from Victor: "Don't remove the GPS Micky. :)"
- Michael has just discovered that he has underestimated Victor and that he has a new nickname. He is displeased.
- FAST FORWARD
- Michael has put his new phone to call-forwarding. This time it is Victor who is displeased.
- Victor shows up and shows who's boss, and almost ruins Michael's most recent job.
- FAST FORWARD
- Victor and Michael finally go and do their mission.
- We learn that Victor really, really likes explosions. Like REALLY likes them. He is probably one of those guys who goes to all the action movies just so he can watch things explode.
- We also learn that Victor should never laugh anywhere where there might be two doctors. If that ain't a crazy laugh, then Heaven help us. Poor Daniel. Why are you so batshit insane?
