Yo, SK.

I think I mentioned this to someone before, but, what are the Olympics without track and field?

On a more serious note, we could have a track event like the mile (or possibly something even shorter) over on that nice, small track at Perimeter. It could be scored like a cross country race, where a certain number of individuals' finishing places per team are added together and the lowest team's score wins. That might add an interesting team aspect to the race. Hey, it couldn't be any more tiring than a soccer game, right? ;)

At any rate, it has been a lot of fun recently. I might be a little bit too biased and optimistic with respect to the track idea, but let me know if not everyone hates the idea of running.
