I love this community, but I think we could do with some challenges. I´ll begin with the first 13 in hope to inspire new stories or your own challeges.
What if ...
Season 1
1. Sylar would have been still prisoner of the company, when they imprisoned Noah and the company man needed his help to get out?
(Bonus: A sadistic Thompson put them into the same cell.)
2. Sylar had phoned Noah instead of Mohinder for help, when he thought, he would explode?
3. Noah had found Sylar instead of Hiro after the death of Virginia Gray?
Season 2
4. In one of Issac´s famous paintings you could see, that only Sylar could bring down the company?
(Bonus: Noah stumbles before or after he sees the picture over a half-dead and powerless Sylar.)
Season 3
5. Sylar would find the place where he was sold and his father killed his mother with Noah on a business trip?
(Bonus: Claire witnesses the scene as well.)
6. Noah would decide trying to use Sylar against Angela Petrelli?
7. Sylar and Noah would decide to team up against Danko, while both working for him?
8. Sylar had kidnapped Noah in order to find his family?
Threesomes
9. Noah/Sylar/Claire - please without force, lost memories and so on, all three on their own will. No utter crack either.
(Bonus: It´s Sylar´s and Claire´s wedding night.)
10. Noah/Sylar/Claude - two ex-partners team up against HRG for revenge.
11. Noah/Sylar/Claude - only Sylar can save the world, but he needs a special training from an unwilling Noah. Unfortunately Noah needs the help from his own trainer for it.

12. Create a situation in which Sylar finally succeeds in winning Noah´s respect and trust.
13. Create a situation in which Noah feels genuine pity for Sylar and decides to help him instead getting rid of him.
