One corner of Yongguk's mouth ticked upwards into a smirk. "You wouldn't enjoy it as much if you keep fussing over everyone." His eyes followed Hyoyeon's hands, scanning the decor and the lighting fixtures, which he couldn't help but find impressive. This was a far cry from a normal college party. Granted, it was a wedding, and the couple's parents may or may not have helped out with putting all of this together, but he couldn't discredit the couple who did most if not all of the planning for this.

His attention, however, quickly drew away from the event arrangement and towards Hyoyeon. Another smirk crept up to his mouth. "It doesn't take a lot of effort to drag myself to a church and pick a seat, sis." A soft chuckle then escaped him. "Kidding aside, you're welc- what the-"

He didn't imagine that, he told himself; someone just pinched his ass. Eyes wide, he quickly turned around to see the culprit, trained fists clenched and ready, briefly forgetting that this was a wedding, and he shouldn't cause trouble. But he froze on his spot, shock growing as his nemesis ducked her head and giggled at him, rendering him speechless.

"Hyoyeon-ah," an old lady from Byunghee's side of the family laughed. "Who is this cutie?"

"It's how I am though! A helper mom and worrier! You still haven't seenme like this much though hm?" Indeed the decor was impressive, something she always wanted because she believed in only becoming married once. Like this whole leave with a BANG thing.

"Well what about the party though?" She then watched his facial expression change and laughed when he saw Byunghee's grandmother show up behind Yongguk. It had her laugh and softly hug the older lady. "Halmoni!" she said and smiled, motioning towards Yongguk. "This is the president of my sorority's fraternity, Bang Yongguk. He is a bit rough around the edges and gruff but he is a really kind and nice person once you can overlook the faces he makes and how he constantly looks like nothing is right n well... his smiles are rare. So this cutie, don't tell your grandson, is probably the guy I'd have went after... but he has a girlfriend too. Sad huh?" But laughed then, smiling at Yongguk with a cheeky wink.

Tense and still wide-eyed, Yongguk stared at the older lady. The gesture, or lack thereof, seemingly amused the old woman even more, drawing out another giggle that quickly evolved into a full-fledged cackle. Awkwardness made him inch back slowly, but he still found it in himself to bow in greeting, body parallel to the floor. "Pleased to meet you, Ma'am." He then stood straight, doing his best not to look embarrassed, but mostly failing.

Byunghee's grandmother returned the hug and curled her arms around the young bride. Pulling back slightly, she then grinned at Hyoyeon in all her dentured glory. "I can see why you would have gone after him! I like the dark and brooding types, too." Then her grin widened. Hyoyeon was likely to know that she was joking. This young boy who didn't know her, on the other hand, was going to be tormented, and she was going to enjoy it. "But unlike you, no girlfriend ever stopped me, sugar. So if you won't take him, I just might climb him like a tree and make him your grandpappy."

It was a feast for the eyes to see the man this awkward and for once it wasn't Hyoyeon's fault he was feeling like this. She just gave him a pat to his back as she was let go from the hug, before laughing softly. "Well his girlfriend is a close friend of mine so.. and what about poor Byungie? I can't just let him stand in the rain now!" Teasingly she would put the side of her head on Yongguk's shoulder, grinning up at him. "Actually... how come the bride is with you n you don't bring her a drink or ask her for a dance. Yah!" And laughed again at the man.
