i think maybe you don't see my point.

you mod a community with a girl who i used to mod a community for. i did not just my work, but more than my work; i promoted my ass off, i did everything i could. then another mod began modding another, similar community and asked me to join so i did; she appointed me as a temp mod, which all other mods never said a word about so obviously, i had no reason to think it was wrong.

suddenly i found myself banned from community #2 for no reason (until it was explained that a mod "just didn't like me!"). then i found that i'd been also banned from the first community (run by the girl you work with now). eventually i got reinstated as a mod, because there was NO reason to "fire" me, but then the community got deleted because the girl you work with was bitching AT ME for not bringing in members. it is not my job to do that, and i can only promote so much; i cannot make people join. instead of responding to me she deleted the community; no warning, nothing.

then i get comments from both of you inviting me to join your new place. i figure, hey, they need a mod, surely greeen__eyez will hire me. i waste time filling out an application and getting accepted (and lied to about how she likes me) only to be told that she doesn't like me and doesn't want me to be a mod, and neither does auti -- the other mod from above, who isn't even a damn mod. so i left, and she insulted me and refused to let me reply.

i do not believe her behavior is appropriate or acceptable. she is very bitchy and unfair, and makes snap decisions to do things like what she did before and what she did today. you don't tell someone who worked their ass off for you that you don't like them and don't want them to mod even though they are a great mod; you're not mean to an accepted member period.

if that is how you believe things should be run, if you condone her behavior and want to mod that kind of community with that kind of person, then i'm going to leave ohrapeme, too. i do like you; that won't change, but i can't handle anyone who would still WANT to run a community with someone who not just treated me that way but acts that way to anyone ever. you want a good mod job? come mod devialicious, my community. ditch the new one with too many underscores and an unpredictable rude bitch of a mod.

or, conversely, decide she's a-okay, stick around, lose me as a mod in your community, and pray down the line she doesn't fuck you over THREE TIMES like she did to me. i am trying to stay with you and be your friend, but if you really don't see totally where i'm coming from and still want to work with that type of person, i just don't think we can see eye to eye; i would never treat someone that way nor would i let them treat a friend -- however new -- that way. however, your choice is your choice. i'm hopeful that you will see that running it with her only puts you at risk of working with someone who behaves that way and who is pronte to deleting communities and randomly removing mods and being a cunt to members. you will never see that behavior from me and i'll always have your back, so your call.

I know what you mean, and I don't agree with what you say she did to you, [I have no proof so I can't say much about that] but she's never personally done anything to me to make me dislike her. I actually think she is a nice person and would love to keep modding with her. However, I also think you are a nice person and would love to mod with you as well. Both of you are very nice to me and I don't want to get into anyone else's business. Especially if it has absolutely nothing to do with me. If you don't want me to be a mod while I'm a mod at the other community, then I wont. But if you would still like my services, I shall take the offer.

I can no longer access the community or at least the post, but it is or was if she didn't delete it on the post she made asking for mods. See if it is there.

here; let me work my ass off to copy it all from my email.

i commented and said:

"I would love to help. However, I can't promote to 25 places; that is spamming and I've already gotten in trouble with LJ for doing it; I will get suspended if I do it again. I already promoted to five places and put it in my userinfo and will gladly promote it to other communities I'm in or mod if I'm accepted. Should I bother filling out the rest of the application?

I know we had our issues, but I promise to be nicer, and help out more and try to get us members. Really."

that comment was nothing short of friendly.

she said:

"I don't really want you as a mod, no offense."

granted, not that mean, but very unfair; she has no legit reason for it at all and if she doesn't want me around SHE should not have advertised in my journal.

i said:

"of course you don't.

i'm a good mod, i'm committed, i do my work, i was reinstated just in time for you to delete ap again, and now you just "don't want me" as a mod.

well, as i told the other mod, i came here because the advertisement said you needed a mod. modding is what i do, and i do it well.

if i'm not good enough for you, that's fine; like i said to her, i can just leave. sorry to have wasted your time."

at that point, i left the community.

she then replied with this and then, like a child, made it so that i could not respond:

"I didn't lie okay?
AUTI AND I DO NOT LIKE YOU.
AT ALL.
ALL WE DO IS COMPLAIN ABOUT YOU.

GET A FUCKING LIFE.
WHO'S 25 AND STILL ON LIVEJOURNAL.

I'm glad you're on your way because I don't ever want to come into contact with you again.
Don't comment back."

that is exactly what was said; it could still be on that post, but if she deleted it, you know i'm not making this up. she was way out of line. she was rude, she was unfair, she insulted me deeply. she has tossed me out of a community YET AGAIN; the only difference is this time i wasn't working my ASS OFF to promote and help with her precious community that she deleted without telling me anyway.

if you read that and honestly still think she's likeable or fair, now that you DO have proof, i... don't know what to say, then, really. i have no beef with you, but i do consider you a friend, and as your friend i know what i'd do if it were you in my place. you don't have to do anything but what you feel is right, but if i feel hurt or that you are basically choosing an unpredictable, unfriendly, rude person like that over me (in the modding sense and such), then i can't stick around. i just don't understand how after this comment you can say anything about her being a good person or defending her actions towards me.

i do want to run ohrapeme and would gladly have you help with devialicious; it's a great community (honestly? it's a bit higher up the community ladder than "neat") and we really need new members and i lost a mod. but if you would rather stay on with eileen, even after being shown the difference in how i act vs. how she does, that is your decision. thank yuo for being nice and calling me a good mod, but eileen is NOT a good mod, and she is not always a good person, and i am telling you for your sake and mine that there's a risk in working with her. that risk includes being treated like that, being lied to, and, though it may not matter to you, losing me as a mod of your community because i just can't handle someone who would want to stay with someone like that when i have never behaved that way.

it is entirely your decision, but if you choose her, i really really hope that she doesn't fuck you over and hurt you like she did to me more than once. i even forgave her and came back and she did it again; that's how good a person i can be. it hurts to have someone like that chosen over someone like me, but i won't hate you or anything; i will just be hurt and mov eon.

Well, the honest truth is, I really like both of you and would love to mod with both of you. I understand what she did to you wasn't fair or nice, but that's your business. It has nothing to do with me and I refuse to get into it. If I can still mod with you even that I'm with Eileen, then I would love to. I filled out an application.

I saw, and I voted yes.

And I'm sorry, but I can't ask you to mod. Besides needing someone who has more time to devote -- and Eileen is fucking demanding -- I am very upset that you "refuse to get into it". A moderator like yourself who permits that behavior in her community and refuses to "get into it" even when a friend is involved is not someone who can properly run my community. I came to that community (yours) in SPITE of Eileen being involved because I thought I'd be fine since YOU were involved; I thought that you'd never LET her treat me that way and that you'd hire me as a mod. I was completely wrong.

This is a girl who deleted a community I worked my ass off for not once but twice. She has harassed me in my personal journal and has now been rude to the point where I could easily report her to LJAbuse for her behavior in your community, but ONLY out of respect for you will I not do that. If it was anywhere else I'd be working to get her suspended, because she is a liar. She is rude, unfair, selfish, and cruel. She invited me to that community JUST to get a chance to be a bitch to me and succeeded in not only making me feel terrible but causing a problem between you and I. She's more talented than I thought.

As a moderator, you really need to think about this shit, honey. What she's doing is wrong, and if she's done it all multiple times before, how can you just pretend she won't do it again? What on earth about what I showed you bears the mark of someone you ACTUALLY think is a good mod? I moderate literally about twenty communities. Why do you think that is? It's not because I'm a bad mod, that's for sure; it's bluntly obvious that Eileen is wrong, I am right, and you are like everyone else being suckered into it by her. I hate it; another friendship fucked up because Eileen never fails to get away with behaving any fucking way she wants.

It's not just my business. It is yours, too. Staying with her, allowing that behavior from her, and basically saying that you DO in fact CHOOSE HER, knowing I CANNOT -- not WILL NOT but CANNOT -- moderate a community with someone who really doesn't care enough to even get involved in a clear case of me being abused. I will not lie to you; you have hurt me, and frankly, she wanted that, and she got her way just like she always does.

The only things that can save us as far as me modding your place and you modding mine is either you waking up and getting away from that girl, or you assigning me as a mod to the community because you have the right to do it just as much as she does. There's no reason for me to not be a mod because she "doesn't like me" FOR NO REASON; you know I am a wonderful mod, and you can make this somewhat up to me by showing me that you will at least COMPROMISE and instead of actually walking away, making me a mod because I DESERVE it.

Let me know; if you either walk away, or make me a mod, then I will stay with your community and officially make you a mod at mine. Otherwise, I am afraid that I just cannot mod with you because I'm hurt. Unlike Eileen, though, I won't kick you out of my community and will let you be voted in or out. Hopefully you will make one of the RIGHT choices and be fair, if not just to me than at least to BOTH of us. If you cannot find it in you to either walk away from a bad mod, or give me the chance to mod, then I can't help feeling like you don't give a fuck how upset I am. Asking for a compromise is beyond fair, and even damn nice of me after how she treate me. The ball is in your court; please don't drop it, I like you and don't want to have to walk away, but in the end my feelings come first.

Sorry for the delay. Anyways, it's fine that I can't mod in that community. Well, there's pretty much no way you can mod at neat because of the situation. But yes, I would love to still be friends with you and I hope this doesn't ruin anything for our relationship. And I'm not choosing her over you or anything, I just really like her and really like you. I would just very much like to be friends with both of you.

Well, you actually are choosing her and her community over me and mine; you're choosing to let her bitchiness alienate me from you and your community.

Whatever. Good luck not ending up fucked over like many others did.
