To the best of my knowledge, in Washington State precinct RED-48 3314, voter fraud changed the number of delegates from 3-1 Obama-Clinton to 4-0. Or if not voter fraud, at least duly elected-on-the-spot Tally Clerk mathematical incompetence or illiteracy changed the number. We'll see pending anyone at all figuring out what the actual vote split was for RED-48 3314.
