Where did they go? [A brief sigh] So much for that desire. Was probably a weaker one anyway.
[The coin he was holding is now mysteriously gone despite that fact it was in plain view moments ago. He begins to look around, taking quick glances like he's surprised and too bogged down to truly observe the world about him... but he isn't.]
This looks way too different than that city. How could I have moved away so instantly? [a beat, then in a quieter voice like he has completely switched to a different train of thought] Wait... That shouldn't be possible. It's too uniform.
