She loads the rifle, glances to her companions. A mismatched group, but a strong one. Edward is rolling his fingers over his right shoulder as he surveys the area. The Colonel's arms are folded, and he's glancing about, his dark gaze unimpressed.

"Are you ready?" she queries, and eases into her stance, the butt of the rifle pressed into her shoulder.

"As I'll ever be," replies Mustang, and he's smirking. "No fatal wounds, understand?"

Ed scoffs, arm-blade shredding his jacket sleeve. "Fine, then. Let's get this over with, yeah?"

Their focuses meet the army of monsters ahead, and it begins.
