So I busted my ass for oh I would say 6 months almost straight. 2 quarters back-to-back is not all that much fun, at least not by the last week of it, where I am about to pass out from the shear amount of miracles (rabbits) I keep pulling out of my ass. Now with summer upon me I find time to rest. maybe? I've decided to revamp my identity and website. It is now http://www.theviciouscircus.com I have my resume, a pdf of samples and a email link. I spent the better part of last week trying to work on a gallery of my work, before moving on to other parts of the site and I have come to a revelation. I really don't like web design, at least not when it is for my own site. ugh. Although if you want to see some of what I've been up to just look at the pdf samples. I showed some of what I was working on to Bonnie and well. We have come to an agreement. I don't like web design and therefore I'm not that great at it, she however is the opposite. She doesn't like taking product photography, me, well photography was my first college major and many of you have seen my photos from San Francisco and that was with a shit camera. I'm going to take photos of her work for her portfolio and she'll create my website. I love working together especially when it helps both of us.
What inspired this post. Easy! LEGO Indiana Jones the video game. I saw it was released and decided for all my hard work to reward myself this small guilty pleasure. IT ROCKS!!! Damn is it fun. My second favorite series of movies is Indiana Jones (Star Wars first of course) and I am damn pleased with this game so far. Well enough of my yammering I'm back to Indy. And until I get some freelance I'm on summer vacation. Man, it just feels good to say that at least one last time in my life. Even if I'm 31 I can guarantee you I will embrace my summer vacation more than any grade schooler because those little bitches do not even know what they have.
