This is a very popular hobby where I live, here in California. You'll see guys take their Honda Civics and, by adding a spoiler, glowing rims, and purple lights to the undercarriage, they'll turn what was once an ordinary commuter car into an ordinary commuter car that's much easier to point to and laugh at.
