I can relate to you on that more than you can imagine. Everyone has bad or negetive thoughts that make them worry. The problem is that it sounds like you are like me and can't shut them off unless you have something good to keep your mind off it. You want to go out and find something to keep you content but realize that there is really nothing to do. It ends up making you feel depressed; and if you havent had anyone to talk to about it/spend time with, it can make you very lonley. Of course i may be completely wrong on this, but i am just describing how i am in these situations. I wouldn't consider you whiney by posting this and hopfully no one else would either. That's what LJ is for... Venting....whether it is anger, happiness, depression, or any other things that you wish to document or share. Hell, if you go back far enough, you can see what some of mine look like. They can be even worse. I vent on here A LOT. So don't feel bad. You have people who care about you. PS. You need to come over and drink with us one of these fridays after we get off work. it should be fun! =)
i agree with what she said. about the whole needing something to distract you and the venting and all that. that's what LJ is for venting. and it's your LJ so you ahave a right to say whatever the hell you want in here.
