"Outside the five sounds like the Ocean...."
So its been a week! It's still not entirely real that I live here. I keep waiting to go home and its just an odd feeling. Im sure it will go away soon, but its not too bad so far.
After Danny and Vince left it was just kind of the three of us on our own. We've been getting along pretty well. Surprising since I used to essentially hate Josh and now I live with the guy. But he's been really cool lately. He just seems slightly frustrated ALL THE TIME.
We've been biking around a lot. Hitting up lots of bike shops and such. I dropped off a resume with a bunch of them, but that was mostly wishful thinking.
The apartment is great. Kinda noisy at times from above and the side, but everyone's been extremely cool. Jordan and I saw this amazingly attractive lady at Bike City HQ and helped her replace a tube. From there we ended up getting $1.50 pizza and beers for lunch. It was a good day.
Interview with Environment Oregon on Monday (canvasing D:) and volunteering at the Recyclery bike shop on Friday. Otherwise not much else to report. Except for the Minus the Bear quote in the entry title is 100% true for me now. Completely odd.
Oh, and I'm a little worried about Maria :-\
As much as I know this won't work out, her actions have me a bit worried.
