I got a call tonight and I'm volunteering to make phone calls on Monday evening. For Obama, in case you didn't know. I'm looking forward to saying I helped get out the vote. I would love to take off Tuesday and take people to the polls, but probably not going to happen. It is an exciting time. I think there will be other opportunities in an Obama presidency to make a difference with other people that believe in the hope he represents.
I admit I'm counting on a win, hoping for a landslide. It would be such a statement of hope, and a strike against cynicism.
