Being an Angel, Hanekoma can read minds, detect power levels (he won't be able to pinpoint exactly what your character can do, but he can identify how powerful s/he is) and use his artwork to influence people

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Not usually. They're both telepathic and used to guarding their thoughts, though they might slip sometimes.
Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Yes. He's/they're pretty clearly more than human and are pretty up there, considering the body they inhabit was designed to confront an entity that's pretty much god.

Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? It's over 9000! Seriously, though, he is very powerful, although it ultimately depends on which form he's in at the time. Sealed, he's very powerful but not insanely so. In his first release, he's very up there. Fully released, he's one of the most powerful characters in Ads, although the odds of Hanekoma seeing him in that form are very low.

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Probably not. He's telepathic and has a third eye implant that has all kinds of psychic powers of its own, so he's probably well guarded. In fact, he's got his own permissions post in his journal if you'd be willing to fill it out.
Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Hiei, when I take him from, is an A-class demon, so he's also up there. Not top dog, but probably about Reaper Officer level.

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Yup! Be prepared for lots of thinking about MAIL, though.
Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? She's actually roughly human level. She's stronger and more durable because of the way her body's put together, but she has no special powers.
