Cool! It's funny, at one time I thought they were "special, custom, one-off things," but there are several companies making them, even...

now if I can just pick up a used one for cheap somewhere (yeah, right)

well, over in one of the buildings near you there is a guy who designs hand-crank driven tracked wheel chairs. you should go talk to him about one.

dude, sweet! See, I was thinking that I might just get the front-end parts and constructa front end to weld onto a recumbent or something. One of those "varna" cycles is even designed to attach to a wheelchair that way.....
