The police here are useless. They're a joke.

[He tosses a smirk over his shoulder at Tulio before returning his focus to the candy choices. It isn't long before he picks out some chocolate, and yeah, it is a little bit more expensive than what he might normally be able to get. Taking advantage of magic cat money, hell yeah.]

[That's okay, Tulio's been in a pretty good mood lately -- not just today. He eyes the chocolate without being honestly surprised and then hands Envy some coins that should cover the cost of them, and then nods towards the counter. Your candy means you're paying, but damn he's gonna stick close by and see exactly how it's gonna work out.]
