I heart stuff
Today I had my pre-op physical and tests done. Jeff had to see the doc for an allergy issue, so we got appointments a half hour apart. I guess I'll know soon enough if I'm fit for sliding under the knife.
While sitting in the waiting room, we found one of those 50s nostalgia hardcover books. It was a fun read, and both of us mulled swiping it, but didn't. There was a bunch of factoids and trivia regarding the I Love Lucy show along with pictures that took my interest. I headed off to the lab to have blood work and a piss test while Jeff went to the pharmacy for his needs, then we went to lunch. We had a damn good meal at the Longhorn nearby. After that, we stopped into my newest favorite place to shop, the Goodwill store. I bought a Sony CD changer for 15 bucks to replace the Kenwood that went kaput in the garage. Jeff was looking around in the clothing section and found this. It wrapped the afternoon up nicely.
The same design is on the front and back. It's only a large, and fits kinda tight. Don't be hatin'.
