The excruciating pain I was feeling in my knee was not subsiding anytime soon, so it was back to the doc to have needles stuck in it and shot up with steroids. Still hurts like hell. Time will tell if this is a remedy. It seems I am getting tendinitis everywhere

Is the problem with your knee osteoarthritis? I have been dealing with it now for several years and went through a period where I was pretty much getting it drained and then shot up with cortisone every other month or so. The remedy finally was surgery to scrape the gunk out of my knees and do a procedure that would create a smooth surface on the bone ends since the cartilage was gone. I still have pain most of the time, but it is not so sharp as to be debilitating.
