So you know that one person in Pokemon that's always spouting stuff about the bond between humans and pokemon and how love is a huge part of that? That's Mira.
Mira is a bundle of energy-- once she gets going, she will steamroll her way through anything and everything that she possibly can until someone (or something) manages to get her to stop. Or she runs out of energy. Whichever happens first. She's also quite friendly, and she's the type of person to declare herself a friend of whoever she's talking to even if it's only been five minutes. As long as a person doesn't do something to make her actively dislike them, she's content to think of nearly everyone as a friend.
She also hates the quiet. She could easily have a one-sided conversation with a brick wall if given the chance, and it's mostly because she just wants to fill the quiet! She's loud and... probably pretty obnoxious at times! But she doesn't care, even if she does realize this. Mira enjoys teasing others and joke around, too, mostly because she's actually pretty bored if she doesn't! Emotions are something that Mira can't hide, either, so when she feels something - positive or negative - everyone around her is going to know what she's feeling.
Mira believes in the power of FRIENDSHIP and TEAMWORK and LOVE, and as a trainer, she will pour this stuff into the relationship she has with her pokemon. With people... well, she still does the same thing! She doesn't really mind if she loses in the end or anything like that, although while the battle is happening she will get very frustrated if things aren't going her way. The frustration also applies to her pokemon getting hurt! When she's winning, she will be incredibly proud of her pokemon and flaunt it! Because she has to share her pokemons awesomeness with others.
Anger is something that's kinda rare, but when it happens, it's for the best that the person she's mad at gets the hell out of there. It won't be pretty if they stick around. She won't resort to physical violence unless it's required, but she will give them a huge lecture. Overall, though, she's just a casual person! So the anger thing doesn't really have to be worried about too often.
