Seiko Matsuda (松田聖子) Born on March 10, 1962 is a Japanese pop singer-songwriter. Born in Kurume, Fukuoka, she rose to fame in 1980 as a teen idol. She has become the first to have 24 consecutive number #1 hits in Japan.
