On this offseason
Just one thing I'd like to say.
I do yes believe that it is a little crazy how much money some of these blokes have been making but I do believe they deserve it for this reason. Money is just a relative, subjective factor in this game, there is no 4 million player, no one is just worth an amount of money, players are worth a certain amount of money relative to
1. other players
2. the ratio of money per free agent (and the amount available in their position)
3. and the reccent standard of the market,
it's supply and demand, nothing like there's no way that gary matthew's is a $52 million man just because his skillset isn't worth that much, in the right market he would be worth that, still though perhaps not this one.
