It's the first exchange we've run, and while we were pleased with it overall, there are certainly things that could be smoothed out, or maybe done some other way, or that just irked people etc. Please leave your feedback in comments to this post. I know I speak for eanor and myself when I say that we genuinely want your criticism so that the next time can be better. :-)
