Challenge 011 -- PLOT BUNNIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because this is a busy month for everyone (OK… every month is a busy one, I suppose… but this one feels busy to me at the moment. :-) ) I thought we’d do something different. I’m hoping this will not only be a fun way to get juices flowing, but will also encourage more readers/lurkers to participate!
So, here it is:
Submit a PLOT BUNNY! It can be as simple or complicated as you like. The only limitation is that you cannot use more than 60 words to explain yourself.
You may submit as many plot bunnies TO THE COMM as you like, including multiple submissions within the same fandom. However, you must choose exactly ONE of your prompts per fandom as the one we vote on. Furthermore, you may NOT make more than five posts to the comm for this challenge. If you’ve made five posts and you realize that you want to submit another, then go back and edit an old post. This is to save me the madness that was Challenge 008. :-)
Now THE FUN PART!
The challenge will run until Midnight, Saturday, November 26, and voting will run from then until Midnight, Friday December 3.
Next month, Challenge 012, will be to write the winning Plot Bunny! This necessarily means it will be fandom specific, but almost every one of us is in multiple fandoms, so I'm hoping whichever plot wins will be one multiple people would enjoy writing.
[EDIT: The December challenge will be based on the November plot bunnies... but as several people have pointed out to me, there are ways to make it multi-fandom... so more specific details will be forthcoming when the time is nearer. :-) For now, feel free to make your prompts fandom-specific or not.]
Also, throughout December you will be able to claim plot bunnies from this month to write for the prompters as an informal gift exchange.
