'Tis boiling in here. Yugh. There is no reason for it to be this hot indoors, save for the fact that the God of Air Conditioning must hate me (he hates me unconditionally--hee hee, get it?!).
I'm working on a tote bag from Simple Sewing. And (I was going to say something but I forgot, dammit!) I'm reading The Good Fairies of New York and it's a good book! It's an easy read, it's fun, it's exactly what I needed right now. I'm thinking I should probably get a hold of some more Martin Millar books (note: check library), because I like this one very muchly.
I'm sure I'll think of what I was going to say eventually. Oh well. Has everyone seen Minesweeper: The Movie?
Oh yeah. I'm going to see if I can't wrangle up a person or two to go see the band No More Kings with me in two Tuesdays at Visulite. Does anyone have an opinion on them? I've never heard any of their songs, but Paste magazine likes them and I like their website, so I'm thinking that if I could get some people to go, it wouldn't hurt at all. I need do to more music-type-things.
