I watched "The Fly" today, which has to be one of the most edifying experiences I've ever experienced. There is nothing like a giving a fly cuaght in a spider's web a human head so it can cry out in distress. Very tiny distress.
I had my Eagle Scout ceremony yesterday. I am an Eagle Scout now, and it is so cool. You probably already figured that our from the way "Eagle Scout" is capitalized. Anyways, Mallory was at my ceremony, which made standing in front of people and being read an endless stream of obligatory letters of congratulations much more endurable. Now I see why speech-givers always give shout-outs to their significant others.
Another nice thing about the ceremony was that I recieved about $165 in either cash or check form. Also, a book on knots, a coin, a walking stick emblem thing, and a photo album decorated in flowers and sentimental things (which I hastily concealed under a lot of duct tape).
