Wooo my mum just bought the flat! £162,500! Bloody bargain if you ask me. Zone 2, mint flat, mint location and cool stuff left in it. I'm so excited about buying her loads of cool things for it. And she told me to look out for an old fashioned kettle haha. I'm such a good influence on her, clearly.
