[What:] Arrival, then possibly getting picked up by the Militants

What had started as a black spot the day before was now her entire right cheek. The skin was beginning to split, and a horrendous smelling goo was oozing out. Lily used a charm to cover the spot, not out of vanity, but because she didn't want to scare the new arrival, one Hermione Granger, militant. There were other black spots, but they were hidden by her robes.
She wore a hospital mask as a precaution. Not that she felt the urge to bite someone, but that was how the not-Inferi outside were spreading the condition. She also wore gloves, again, just in case. She would have to have someone shoot her in the head before she turned completely, if that was the way this was going.
When she arrived at Hermione's room, she knocked lightly on the door. "Hermione?" she called out, not wanting to scare her by just barging in. "My name is Lily, may I come in?"
