[Who:] Severus Snape, Ana Lewis
[What:] Reporting
[When:] Week 4, immediately after Snape's conversation with Lucius
[Where:] Ana's suite in the Stadium.
Severus felt pulled in a thousand different directions. On one hand, there was Voldemort, who had yet to make his presence known to his followers save through Bellatrix. On the other, Lily, who had instructed him to kill Voldemort, again and again. Granger, who wanted him to keep her informed, Lucius, whose motivations were unclear, and now the Baroness, who wanted what any good leader wanted: loyal followers.
So, upon receiving her message, he hastily made his way to her suite in the stadium, as yet uncertain how much he should tell her, and considering what it might take to turn Lucius against Voldemort. He knew a crack when he saw one; open to consideration now was how to drive a wedge deeper in it. Perhaps the second war had made Lucius, at least, disillusioned about the Dark Lord. Maybe Lucius feared losing everything he loved, and Snape did. It might be enough to offer him an alternative.
He knocked at Ana's door and waited, still deliberating.
