in response to Carole's last post (because apparently my comments don't function properly at work)

watch the movies and do some sparknotes.
only watch Kenneth Branagh's Frankenstein for laughs though... apparently it doesn't have a whole lot to do with the book, and it's, well, not very good. (Sorry Kenny.) I have a feeling that it was originally, in true Branagh fashion, four hours long, and editors totally tore it to shreds. The funniest part is DeNiro playing the monster. (Everyone else is british, except the monster... yeah that's fun.)And Helena Bonham Carter is in it, and she's just awesome. And creepy.
Dracula: watch Nosforatu! It's SUCH A GOOD MOVIE. But there's this new "remastered" version out with a "rock" score, that really sucks, if you get that one watch it on mute, that makes it scarier anyway. Do NOT rent the Dracula with Keanu and Wynona... they piss me off so much... "Dude, like, forsooth! Methinks she is, like, bitten by a vampire. Chyeah."

missed you at rehearsal yesterday

love
