Saw Speed Racer yesterday and all I have to say is that critics who trashed the movie are just soulless fuddy-duddy movie snobs, who have long forgotten how to have fun, cause this movie is freaking awesome!
If you loved the cartoon as a kid you will absolutely love this movie. It's the cartoon brought to life, with all the excitement and silliness of the original show, they did a fantastic job with this thing! Speed Racer is just a fun, fun, movie, I had a huge smile on my face through the whole thing, this movie just makes you feel like a kid again.
