What to do today?

Hello my magnanimous monkeys

Kat78731and I are awake. Not sure what the plans are for today yet. Maybe we’ll watch Ultraviolet tonight. Kat has had a busy day at work this week; as a result we haven’t been taking walks as much, which is always some good together time away from all the other bustle of the day. It’s also been getting warmer, still pleasant out but not to sure how fun walks will be once the triple digits roll round.

Didn’t get any writing done until last night, I’d been lacking enthusiasm and found reasons to put it off for most of the day, but then around nine I finally got into it a bit and while it was only some 300 words, it felt good to get moving again. This morning, whilst lying half asleep in bed, I came up with another twist that works nicely into the story and gets forward motion going on the climax. There are still things to sort out, but hopefully this blockage that confounded me these last few days has been cleared.

Bunch of links about Hellboy 2
I enjoyed the first one and looks like the second one is going to fun as well. Watch for pop-ups though one snuck past my array of blockers and that almost never happens.

Woke up with Morphine's "Souvenir" in my head.

I remember meeting you, we were super low. Surrounded by the sounds of saxophones.
And I remember being this close, but never alone. You gave me a little something to take home.

I dropped it on the floor. I dropped it on the floor. Dropped it on the floor. I dropped it

If I can only remember the name that's enough for me because names hold the key. Names hold key.

Souvenir of nothing.

Brought home a souvenir of nothing. It fits into a pocket.
A souvenir a souvenir of nowhere. Somewhere I've never been before.

UPDATE:We went downtown and had lunch at the Spaghetti Warehouse, I had the beer-chili spaghetti, it was very tasty. Afterwards we walked around and took pictures in the downtown area. Very nice time was had, but it started to get rather warm. We’re back home now and fixing to go out and see “Ultraviolet”. I give a quick review and one of us will post the pics later on.
